Return/Refund Policy

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item. Please call customer service at 306-352-1885 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you.

Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number. They will also answer any questions about the product return/exchange procedure.

Manufacturer’s Warranties

Return for Refund or Exchange

All returns are subject to inspection by a Wholesale Tire Canada returns specialist. Tire Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only tires that have not been driven on, and are not damaged are eligible for return.

The credit amount will be calculated as follows:

• TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
• WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels before mounting tires.
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact our Wholesale Tire Canada customer service department at 306-352-1885.

We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing. We will arrange for the return.

Return Check List:

TIRES ONLY

Call customer service at 306-352-1885 for a return authorization number.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)

Each tire (even when strapped to another tire). Should be clearly labeled with your return address and Wholesale Tire Canada’s address.

A packing slip with a return authorization number should be taped securely on the tire.
